Any one tried Texaco new 99 Supreme99

Looks like Texaco has ditched the 97 and now have 99 Octane. Reason i ask is my Shell garage is over priced and my Texaco garage is loads cheaper fuel.

Waiting for a Youtube video of Ethanol levels, as Shell says it has 5%, but when tested by a Youtuber had none.

So would be interesting too see.

I think they have to be classified as <5 but understood momentum and shell had none

I thought it was Esso Supreme 99 that I've heard has no ethanol.
Apparently a barrel of crude oil is at an all time low, and at the pumps we're paying an all time high!

We are being priced off the road due to ****-pigs like greta and her army of environmental activists who think that electric cars will save our planet hence the brain washing of the government etc etc.
that's the reason I've just bought a 5.0 V8,I don't care that fuel is at an all time high and so is tax,I care that in 4-5 years time we won't be able to enjoy these cars anymore so our time is now.
DOWN WITH GRETA.....DOWN WITH GRETA
took the jag for fuel today, shell v-power £1.66 per litre.......**** it :)

Your having a laugh, Texaco garage sound here is 133.9 for standard unleaded, one down the road 149.99 crazy.

i have had no issues with the esso 99 sul , i most often use the tesco momentum 99 , i don’t use bp sul as the mapper said don’t use it , shell is over priced 👍

Vxr2010 28 December 2021 05:04 AM

forgot to mention not all esso’s stock the sul 99 , my two local ones don’t but there is a village a bit further away that does , i used esso during the recent fuel crisis/shortage 👍

I used Tesco momentum earlier in the year when Vpower ran dry in my neck of the woods and car ran fine, lot bloody cheaper and all:lol1:

ted bass 09 June 2022 01:34 PM

Thread revival, filled up with V power this morning and bloody hell shocked at the price, 1.99 a litre:mad:

NOSSY_89 09 June 2022 02:46 PM

Was that 199.9 or 198.9. the 0.9 catches you out.
