6 speed prop shaft question

I believe there is a early and a late 6 speed STI prop variations being the size of the mount plate to the rear diff bolt holes and spacing is different ? is there any other subaru model that anyone knows of where the props are the same as the sti 6 speeds ie diesel legacy etc

A quick look through the Subaru parts database for 6MT models suggests these are unique to the above

Impreza G22 Hatch/Saloon STi MY08-14 - 27111FG040/041

Legacy B13 MY05-09 - 27111AG010
Legacy B14 MY10-14 - Saloon/Wagon 27111AJ000/001; Outback 2711AJ100/101

Further to the above it isn't mentioned in the UK forums whether those 2 newage part numbers are interchangeable?

On Nasioc they mention that the part numbers can be used interchangeable on USDM cars but can they be used interchangeably on UK cars?
Can both be used for a 6 speed swap on a GC8?
What physical difference do the props have between these part numbers?
