Launch Control on Classic with Apexi and AVC-R

Ok, I've been sprinting my V3 STi for a number of years with an Apexi and an AVC-R boost controller but the competition is getting much more difficult to haul in. Golf Type R and Audi TT RS have a built in system for launch but I always struggle off the line spinning the wheels. I've researched this before and tried numerous techniques but to no avail. Back in the day these were good tech and I acknowledge things have moved on but these have worked faultlessly over the years. AVC-R will drop boost but for a pre set time which is no good. I'm looking for static rev limit on the line and a release when speed picks up .Anyone know of a way ahead . Is there a static rev limiter hidden inside the Apexi somewhere. Thanks.

go proper aftermarket (link G4 ,syvecs, motec ), your launch will be so much better than just a rev limited one as it will allow the car to build proper boost on the line

For what you'd get selling your Apexi and Apexi AVCR you won't be far off the cost of a new Link, no brainer really. Obviously mapping costs on top
