Diff outrigger washers?

Hi I'm planning a refresh for my rear end, I've already got most new bolts nuts bushes ect.
I've just realised on the diff support outrigger, the big t bracket thing between the body and the bush there is a big washer, I'm wondering if I should order a new washer or send the old one to be re-plated with the rest of the support nuts and bolts if it looks ok.

But is this washer still used with poly bushes? I haven't took it to bits yet so can't realy thanks if you know.

The big washer is a locator and is still used for most kits, be it complete replacement or the void filling washers

With some you may need to flatten the upstands

I have the Superpro bushings, they are solid on top unlike the powerflex so with Superpro you need to flatten the tabs.

I don't think the washers are that expensive but mine were in decent condition so I just bead blasted and repainted them.

OK thats great thanks, I think I'll see what condition its in when I take it off, and hopefully just blast, paint and re use it, its the power flex bushes I have 👍
