Blobeye front wing

Any of you lads taken a front wing off a blob, put a small dint in it the other trying to refit the IC ffs🙄 so need to take it off to try rolling it out.. I know theirs bolts under the bonnet an inside the door, but I'm guessing I'll need to take the side skirt off or atleast that end? Is it easy to remove?

Bolt behind the head light. Bolt / clip to the bumper. All the inner wheel arch liner. Bolt at bottom of A Pillar behind skirt. Prepare for this to be seized and snap.

Cheers👍 I'm just about to have a look at it now, the inner wheel arch liner needs to come out?

Probably about 50% of the arch liner needs to be unclipped. The lower a Pillar bolt has a captive nut on the back which rusts. You also need to scrape away all the paint from the bolt head before you can try and turn it. Easy enough to drill it out and fit a stainless bolt and nut. It's not essential for the wing to stay on.

Thanks mate appreciate the tips this my first scoob so still learning what's what, trying to get the side skirt off at the minute those little plastic screws are really bad, rounded the first one I've tried on the skirt🤦‍♂️.

All i can see this end is this plastic screw and a plastic cap underneath this end of the skirt, is that it?🤔

Best just order replacements whenever removing old plastic parts.

You'll find that generally everything is straightforward to remove on an Impreza (apart from occasional access). Just make sure you copper grease anything you intend to remove again.

Also, buy a cordless impact wrench...
