Stuff you’d buy if you won Euromillions

Forgot the obvious house and car stuff...get your geek on...

This: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Concorde-...YAAOSwUf9cdvw6

Don’t know what I’d do with it, but two things I’d do...buy it, and then fire it up :D

Use it to clear the ice from your driveway ??

lozgti1 16 February 2020 07:54 AM

Hah! Brilliant. 'Use it as a piece of furniture' ace. £750k

Think i'll just be getting new discs and pads for my Skoda and the dents knocked out

Where the heck did that person get that??!

lozgti1 16 February 2020 07:56 AM

E-bay you surpassed yourselves.lol

I really miss Concorde. Was just the best plane ever:notworthy

ALi-B 16 February 2020 08:59 AM

Thinking about it more, I’d like to try and buy another three engines and a Concorde to install them in, as well as a airfield to fly it from...obviously in a country that has more relaxed aviation rules. ;)

Don’t think even a Euromillions win would stretch to that though :wonder:

Wow!!

Seems like a lot of money... Would a complete Concorde be that much more considering it’s scrap? Forget that, just googled it and a group are trying to buy and fly one with a budget of £120m!

Just reminded me my grandparents flew on Concorde and had a memorabilia ornament (think it was a cigar case or something) funnily I don’t remember finding it when we cleared the house after they both died. Used to be on their bedroom window sill for years.

Yep! - about £2mil will buy you a Spitfire - sounds like a bargain to me!
The running costs tho!!!

If I won £110 mil crazy money on the EuroMillions I wouldn't even hesitate! Find me one now!

That is the best use so far. I have to agree, my own personnel race track heaven.

4 car garage with hydraulic ramps and heating, full range of tools and air compressors. Aswell as a photos studio big enough to put a car in with a green screen wall and as many lights of all shapes, sizes and uses that you can shake a stick at.

Oh and a spitfire :D

Both the track and the full loaded garage, tools and cars, with masses of space in a warm climate and I am sorted. That is it just those 2 not much to ask.

Chatting with a few guys at work about this years ago and one guy said he would buy a newsagents....!! He was Scottish mind..!
I rib him about this every time I see him.

As above, a nice plot of land with my designer house in the middle and the race track going around it for when I want to play.
