War mongering and reporting via Twitter

Anyone find this highly disturbing?

Of course we immediately think Trump on this, but they all seem to be at it. Worse still news outlets such as the BBC rely on it for its reports (often citing it as the sole source in various reports). I could discount the lazy journalism as just being that, but world leaders using it as their soundboard just strikes me as bat-s**t crazy.

And I wonder what the hell is going on in the minds of those who run Twitter that just let it happen...I mean world war three could be triggered by crossed words on Twitter and that’s OK, yet ‘hate speach’ is banned!? :cuckoo:

If I was running it I’d ban all politicians and world leaders from using it; It shouldn’t be the place for this pushing these agendas. But that’s me; I’ve never registered on there and never will as I always saw it as a pointless platform tailored for lesser mature virtue signallers of this world, but its gone way beyond that now.

Didnt they ban political advertising during election ?

Have to agree though . How the most powerful person on earth with the most fragile ego is allowed to blurt out stuff is just crazy

To me it all seems to perfectly align with Yuri Bezmenov’s claims of ideological subversion.

When I first read about this years ago, I dismissed it on the thought that common sense would prevail. These day I’m increasingly unsure, and if anything that’s exactly what its goal is!
