Red suby blobeye

Hello everyone .

I present my suby from France. This car is from England. I bought it in 2016.
I did a lot of bodywork, engine and chassis modifications.

Forged motor 2.2strocker
turbo garett
injector
Cosworth rail
....

chassis completely redone
silent block strengthen
Front bowl disc 380mm
8 pistons front calipers
6 pistons rear calipers
330mm rear disc
Abs delet
.....

I decided to register here to find the old owners of this suby to know its history but also because the French forums are much less interesting.
In the maintenance book of the car there is a note with written "Norman dog www.scoobynet.com for any info on car"
Norman dog where are you? 😁
Sorry for my english so bad. ☺️

No on static. It seems a lot but in reality there are not many. I don't remember exact value but it is accentuated by the appearance of the wheel

Popy 19 December 2019 12:10 AM

this is what it looked like on the day of purchase.

Yes it is still the same cat back as when purchased. As they say at home "it awakens the dead".
Indeed I happened to trigger alarms while passing in narrow streets
Thanks, that's nice. I spent a lot of time doing it as it was.

She as +600hp 🙂

Do you remember the car alarm code because I never got it and Subaru France can't find it....

Sorry, never used the keypad to input manually, I do remember the code being in the service book when I sold her so must have been lost. :(

Have you tried Subaru UK?

Don Clark 28 December 2019 07:13 AM

If the alarm still works using the keys (single button key) or fob, you can reprogram a new PIN

Changing your PIN:

- Arm and then Disarm the system using a working Radio Key.

- Within 30 seconds of disarming, type into the keypad: *17856*92*wxyz*wxyz# (where wxyz is your new PIN code)

- Arm the system with the Radio Key

- You should now be able to disarm the system using the new PIN code.

When using the keypad always observe the following points:

The PIN number should not be entered too quickly or too slowly - when a digit has been pressed the small LED built into the keypad will illuminate briefly as confirmation and only then should the next digit be entered.

If an incorrect digit is pressed or the delay between entering digits exceeds 10 seconds, then the LED above the keypad will flash rapidly and the PIN attempt should be abborted and started again after 30 seconds.

Due to the small size of the keypad some users may find a rubber tipped pencil easier to use. DO NOT use the sharp tip of a ball point pen etc, or press excessively hard on the keypad as this will only damage the membrane and cause a digit to remain pressed, causing a continual incorrect PIN.

The keypad allows only THREE PIN attempts and then will "Lock Up" if an incorrect number is entered a third time. This is a security feature to prevent random PIN attempts disarming the system.

Are you saying the keys do not work the central locking and you do not know where the alarm keypad is located??

You don't have the code (PIN) and the key's don't work the remote central locking/alarm??
As the keys don't work you cannot reset the PIN as per my previous post??

It may be worth sending an email to @MR_TOAD_INSTALLER on here mentioning this thread and he maybe able to help reset the unit.
Details from another post below

I think the previous owner had to deactivate the remote locking but I don't know how because I already tried to code new keys but it did not work.

I'm looking for further modifications to m'y subby.
but in France we don't have many choices and stores. I therefore look abroad but I block a little on english terms and to find sites.

I am looking for the name of this plate holder and of the sites for intake manifolds.

thank you

EDIT: I found: CarbonCraft Rear License Plate Filler

lockheed 25 January 2020 05:41 PM

I would phone Mark at Lateral performance he does all the RCM stuff only cheaper or A.S performance neither have particularly good web sites , so I look at the RCM site and then order from either of the of the afore mentioned .

jaygsi 26 January 2020 01:42 PM

In the UK its called a number plate or registration plate, so try searching for them, as Licence plate is a USA term, so you won't get as many results for the UK.
