Help......

Ok well I bought a 2000 turbo. On the trailer up the seller said he forgot to give them the keys and v5. So I'm still waiting and waiting.

Does anyone know the best way to get a key cut and fob attached or cut out the cat and get a key cut

Any advice would be great
