Engine coming out. Critical servicing
Alright guys, first post here. Owned my impreza for a few years now. I have the engine coming out at the end of the month after finding an oil leak which seems to be the rear main seal or oil separator plate. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to any other critical parts I should be looking at while the engine is out?
At the moment the parts I have gathered are, Timing belt with tensioners Water pump Oil separator plate Rocker cover gasket kit 4x high temp half moon seals NGK laser platinum Range 7 spark plugs Front crankshaft oil seal Rear crankshaft oil seal 4x camshaft oil seals My impreza is a v3 wrx sti, engine ej20k Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks! If it's the original oil pump, then would be worthwhile taking it off and checking the backplate screws are tight/loctited as tend to work loose on the classics.

If your going that far why don't you forge it along with an engine refresh and a set of arp headstuds for piece of mind.
