They tend to go on this end where it clamps on to the turbo.

I guess the initial damage has been done by someone over tightening or incorrectly placing the jubilee clip?

The inlet pipe is fine, there is no damage where the jubilee clip joins the turbo :)

It must be down to the map not being setup correctly :)

Will report back once new map has been done, a lot will tell with the remap, and if there are any issues :thumb:

I am referring to JonT's image, it appears to me the pipe is chewed because of bad fitment and over tightening of the jubilee clip.

Had the car remapped by Bob Rawle yesterday, and am very happy with the outcome, the car drives so much better now.





Bob removed a thin pipe which was attached to the turbo, this had a boost valve screw which was restricting boost, and making it


come in at the wrong times, which was why the car was running so rich and lean.





Great now that I have a low boost and a high boost setting linked to the rear demister button :)
