Replacing door locks

I'm trying to fix the faulty central locking on my GF's Suzuki Liana, and have found that one of the problems is that the lock barrel on the driver's door is knackered. Basically the key struggles to turn it. Trouble is, I can't seem to find anywhere that sells a replacement. Is it one of those things that's purposely difficult to buy as it involves a new key? Just a second hand pair (might as well do the passenger side too) would do the job, but nothing showing up on eBay. Plenty of the locking mechanisms for sale, which are separate from the barrel itself.

Yeah maybe this could work. Maybe you can buy it online that just sells subaru parts (hard to find items).
