I've seen a lot of comments saying they shouldn't let her back, but as she's a British citizen and has no other nationality, you can't revoke her passport which would make her stateless and is not permitted under international law. You also can't refuse entry to your own citizens, so there is no choice legally that you have to allow her to return.

The only option therefore is to let her return at her own cost and when she does, lock her up and put the innocent baby up for adoption.

The UK govt can cancel her passport without leaving her stateless, citizenship does not rely on that, otherwise all the people who never got one could be classed as not being UK citizens! If she manages to get her passport, however, there is nothing they can do.

This has been used before, so they can if they wish. They can also insist on certain conditions of er-entry with no passport, such as agreeing to being investigated, monitored etc, so she can't just waltz back in even if she does get this far.

I, for one, think she should be brought back and prosecuted. If it was a 'normal'crime it would simply be a case of extraditing her, and no one would care, but as she's a Muslim and IS etc etc. Also, you can guarantee that if she doesn't come back, her son will probably become another one to attack us!

Perhaps there are nations around the Middle East who may ask for her extradition from the UK for her criminal actions in Syria.

She is a traitor to the country and should be treated as such - 70 years ago she would be hung. Obviously we are not allowed to do that now - so suggest we send the whole family to join HER ! and rid the country of even more radicals.But no wait a minute ! this is the UK, so what we will do is fly her back, change her identity, give her a nice big house for her and the jihadi sprog to live in, pay her lots of benefits so she can sire more jihadi's, and carry on allowing these type of people to threaten our own safety.

I was thinking the very same thing this morning!

They say they don't know who she is, but why would they? If it's correct that under their law she is Bangladeshi because of her mother, unlucky! I imagine they can still withhold a passport though. Looks like she is stuck in Syria for a while.

I think they should offer her a choice, do an angry dragon live on TV with in infidel and be allowed back into the UK, or rot in Syria. Let's see how much she wants to come home ;)
