24" Samsung Tv with SmartThings control -

I currently have a 55" Samsung that I can control via the SmartThings app so I can cast Youtube direct to the TV from my Samsung A5. I'd like a 24" or similar in the kitchen with the same control option but I'm not sure which 2nd hand year/models it is available with.

If its wifi enabled then I guess it would work with SmartThings?
