Impreza "fake WRC" from Spain
Hi friends,
This is my fake WRC. MY2000 impreza P1 bought as standard car and modified to look like my favourite rally car of all time. A lot of people ask me why i coose a limited edition like a impreza P1, and not a type r. Thanks to all for the comments. i will upload more photos later.
I bought the car 4 or 5 years ago in OEM spec. I build it from zero with ej257 engine, 6speed jdm gearbox, owen 76hta turbo...really nice car for the street and track. I was very lucky to find the original OZ wheels and bumpers from a WRC S6 car, the front arches are cheap from ebay in kevlar and the rears are from ABW fiberglass with carbon layer reinforcement. I don’t see it as a shame at all, looks so much nicer for one thing and a 22b is bananas money. There’s far worse stuff that’s happened to P1’s over the years, rusting away, broken for spares, people not looking after them etc. I’d much rather see this beauty than hear about someone storing a P1 away from the world in a bubble somewhere. Life is short. I wish I’d not opened this thread though as I want a wide body type r now |
