FMIC fitting - rad hose in way?

Hi all, just looking before I start fitting my FMIC and it looks as though the lower rad hose will be in the way? It's a 1999 turbo 2000. Anybody had this issue?

usually loops round under and then up through gap you see between the chassis leg and your lower rad pipe

Looks like you have a non-standard silicone lower radiator hose which is blocking the space. The standard Subaru rubber hose makes more of a right angle, and leaves more space for the FMIC piping. If your blue hose is long enough, you may be able to move it back off the metal a bit at one end - may have been pushed on too far, or be slightly too short.
