Watership Down remake.
Just wartching the first episode, having seen online that it's faithful to the book.
Nope, three changes already after 15 minutes, one of which is going to be very interesting when they get to the ending... Why do the people who make these think they can do better than the original? |

I've never seen it
I also don't know of a remake that's better then the original other then a star is born |
The original was rubbish, can't see the remake being any better. Merry Christmas

who cares about wild rabbits? The introduction of myxomatosis was a sad episode but before that I've witnessed thousands of them stripping crops. The term 'breed like rabbits' is well informed.
The music was good but what a dumb story |
I'd read beforehand that the producers had recreated it with the over sensitive snowflakes of present day in mind. I was intrigued and so decide to watch it. Knowing that it had been targeted at people who are as soft as **** I knew it couldn't possibly be compared with the original so took it for what it was. With the exception of the rottweiler at the end I thought it was well animated and enjoyed it. Not the best thing I've seen, but not the worst either.
