HELP HELP ;(
 
Ok guy/dolls left my 1999 turbo uk parked up for a few weeks was started every now and again ran well went to it other day take it for an mot car started fine but ran lumpy then died its starts but wont idle or rev up try rev it it just dies can hear pump changed plugs and fuel reg as was told do so didnt work also tried another maf still same also changed fuel filter checked he earths still no joy anyone any idea what is up with it ???

Yes Stuart car will start then die after a few seconds fuel pump running etc just wont keep running checked all pipework earths starting think its something do with the immobiliser now thats the only thing it can be ????

yes got a code reader but its not connecting driving me up the wall now

Use the diagnostic plug,should have built in If it's a gc8

Also check the fuel pump connector under the rear bench seat.

It'll be the fuel filter. Filling and then starving the engine.
