Weighted vest

some love to keep fit and the wife wants a weighted vest to work out in.
yeah there’s loads online but reviews talk about them running etc.

anyone here use one or know of good brands. Aiming for 10-12kg

It’ll make her tits droop like an old tired granny with the weight

I use a men’s health one, bought from Argos, it’s a good fit and I also jog in it without any problems

Why not just run with a backpack and add the weight to that. I’m sure it will be better for you than a vest you add weight to.

it's not just running. It's all aspects of working out and it distributes the weight more evenly rather then 'sloshing, around
