Newage Afterburner Vortex backbox
 

im off to scoobyworld tomorrow to have a 3" non-resonated section fitted along with a raptor backbox so my vortex backbox is for sale once removed.

i went to scoobyworld within a week of buying my car as i wanted the signature rumble back in my life,i originally went in for a raptor (had them on both my previous impreza's) but due to the center section i have i couldnt have it fitted so i settled for a vortex. its an awesome sounding exhaust and on boost it sounds truly epic BUT im addicted to the raptor sound so it needs to go.

How much louder is the raptor compared to the vortex?. i noticed they also do the extreme which is basically a straight through pipe :0

the raptor is alot deeper and more in your face which is what i like. the extreme is a little too raspy for me. i have a full de-cat with 3" downpipe so anything i have is loud.

the vortex sounds great and i do like it BUT its all about the raptor for me

any chance of a before and after vid? :cool:
