Brake pad pins stuck
I've got a Blobeye WRX with 4-pots calipers on the front. I am trying to remove the pads to get to the bottom of squealing when braking in reverse. Trouble is I can't shift the two pins that hold the pads in. I've remove the wire clip, but bashing out the pins with a drift and a hammer hasn't done the job. I got one moved a couple of mm, but I'm in danger of mushrooming the end and not getting any further. Any ideas for getting these buggers out?

Lube, hammer & drift. Maybe try turning them with mole grips also. Then buy some new pins (you could try cutting them is they are to be sacrificial).

^ As above - Mole Grips and twist usually always works

I've just ordered some new pins, so I'll try those methods when I get them. Don't want to hack away without replacements to hand.

If anyone knows anywhere to get stainless steel pins, I'm all ears.
