Whats the ride comfort like as I don't want to feel every stone on the road.
I was looking for a decent performance setup without going too hard and have to say im really pleased with it. well would be using it daily but its off having an engine rebuild at the min haha |
I’d get in touch with chevron they can advise and sort all your handling needs a freind of mine has used them and they are brilliant at what they do :thumb:

I run BC Racing's ZR set. Fully adjustable, come with 10kg and 8 kg springs and Custom ordered with 40mm more travel and length to the shock body.
The sit at O.E. ride height and are very plush indeed. I was surprised as the springs are a lot stiffer than the 6/5 setup on my ER set previously. Only downside is the 6 month warranty as they are sold as track specific, but the reason for that is clear and I run them in neoprene socks so they stay nice and clean. By fully adjustable, I mean they are inverted for better sprung/unsprung balance, have bottles inside the car, with high and low speed compression adjusters, and under the car is the rebound. So, you get seperate ride height (critical to a Scooby), spring preload, rebound plus slow, and high damping all separately adjustable for £1,800 all in. Bc kit needs to be kept clean, but the powder coat is good, the anodising thick and I'm more than happy. I use ACF-50 all over them to keep the crap out plus the socks which are 300mm long and keep the body threads clean too. |
