French Cars

I've never owned a French car and after seeing this I am pretty sure I never will :D

The wrong colour at the end really made me laugh......You fly a multi-million pound jet and someone loaded the wrong colour..............what a PHuck up!

Not sure what a couple of cocky motards crashing has to do with French cars, but whatever, dude.

Next door in France is renovating a 2CV, it's in bits in his workshop.

I asked him how difficult it was to source parts, he showed me a large, thick colour catalogue. Apparently, you could build one from scratch with all new parts if you had the €€€...even body shells are available.

As an aside, did anyone spot the tidy looking 205 Rallye in the news footage for the Amesbury poisonings?

There was one one of the victims being wheeled out on a stretcher and I go "oh look a 205 Rallye, you don't see many of them these days". :o

Does that qualify me as a 80's petrolhead? :lol1:

Bloke I work with renovating his cottage has a 1959 fourgonnette. Spent all day Tuesday polishing the fook out of it, it's currently on the lawn at Goodwood in the Cartier style et luxe. Can be seen on autocar website, festival of speed best of Saturday slide show.
