Spent half hour hefting luggage on/off scales , losing several kilos that of course i had take home .

Don't get me started. There is something weirdly satisfying announcing to passengers that we have a tight departure slot so please get yourselfs sat down and strapped in. Then when they all ignore me for coming out into the cabin looking them in the eye and telling them that we now have a 2 hr delay due to missing that slot. Sympathy? I get paid per hour of duty so no, none.
