Perrin short ram noise levels
 

Hi all I did post this yesterday but didn't explain very well so here goes. I want to fit a perrin short ram to my hawk sti but after a bit of digging and you tube ect it looks like they give you a lot of waste gate noise even with the standard recirc valve. Can anyone running a perrin induction kit give me an idea of how loud it is. Don't think I could live with a constant pppssstt every time I change gear. Are the really that loud?

it's not so much that they are loud, it's just when the dump valve doesn't dump or when the recirc valve recirculates you hear the extra air escaping through the filter. I've not found one yet to be overly annoying for cutting about in daily.
