Rear Driveshaft play when car is in "ride"

Hello, since i built the car i have ALWAYS had a problem with my Left Rear Driveshaft, or to be fair its the INNER CV JOINTS that break and makes the axle just lay loose inside the "cup".

im now at my 7th Axle this year (starting to get expensive) R180 Driveshafts ofc.

I got Full Whiteline rear control arms etc, Powerflex bushings all over the rear subframe and also the diff mounts etc.
Wheel alignment is prefect, so i dont get why it snaps off in the Inner CV joint
I have tried both Widetrack and non widetrack shafts and result is same.

Last year i was running 442 AWHP and this year im at 633 AWHP and its exactly the same

So my question is, now when the car is in "ride" the shafts both left and right rear have a shaftplay towards diff and towards the wheel bearing, but how much or "little" is it supposed to play?

And also, this ONLY happens when launching
best regards

7th axle ??? Holy moly! What is actually breaking on the cv, the cage or the stub?
Obviously everything has its limits, and you are pushing them launching with your BHP, but the fact the same one let’s go every time is suspicious.
When I first read your post I was kind of imagining lowered rear suspension and crazy camber plus hard launching causing the shafts to be in effect too short, hence straining at the cv’s, also you say there is play in that direction as well .... but if you’ve tried longer shafts that blows that theory out of the water.
So is it pulling the centres out?

You could always try the big boy shaft set but it’s an expensive exercise if you break those

Just a thought, have you got a plated diff?

sorry that im late at answering, i just remade my whole rear part of the car, its the bearing inside the cv joint so the small "balls" etc just floats around, did 10 launches this weekend and its still works with the same axle, (new record haha)

since i rebuilt everything in the rear end i dont know what part that fixed it, but im happy launching now :D
