Stick with the OE white. Don't ruin an icon :thumb:
Wheels from factory are STi Rays CE28N's in matte bronze... :thumb: Keith - Car looks great, yellow is an awesome colour on a S202 :luxhello: |
the wheels are enkei competition on the car i know they should be rays however the enkeis are very light.Still not decided on the colour yet they all could do with a refurb and the white is growing on me.

Not the best pic Keith but I think black suits the car
|
black is another colour to match the rear wing and i agree goes well with yellow.
|
I need a Yellow S202.
Does your contact in Japan know of any others? |
s202
Sorry s202 as you are aware are very thin on the ground.Very clean ones will be at a premium hence the prices of them. However if you plan to keep the s202 prices can only go up.Will have a word with my agent out in Japan

Hi Keith I own the V2 STI RA and have done since 2013, infact I think I called you when looking back through the history. The car has gone through a lot of changes in my ownership, as I'm sure many members on here will vouch. At first I minted her up all concours and just enjoyed it as a nice standard road car. Then I built it as a fast 2.5 6speed road car, just as mint as it always was. Then I started the slippery slope of competitive motorsport.
The car has had good success, with lots of class wins and podiums, mlr sprint series s2 championship, mlr overall championship 2nd place to illy Clarke from RCM in 1st. Class wins at hillclimbs, harewood, scammonden, olivers mount, doune, Prescott, gurston down. Current lap Class records at, doune, gurston down, scammonden and olivers mount, 2nd place 4wd handling at totb. Overall the car is still pretty tidy, even after a large off at harewood. Year in year out is continuous development of the car, generally I would say the car punches above its weight as power has remained at a pretty conservative level It's the longest I've ever owned a car and by far the most I've spent on one financially, not to mention the 100's of man hours I've spent building it. The car gives me immense pleasure, drives me mad at times and scares me all at the same time, I will never ever sell it! I will put some photos up when I get chance, for now I'll leave you with this. This was my first visit to Doune hillclimb, otherwise known as "the daddy of hills" nothing makes you feel more alive, than something like this. Unfortunately the video doesn't make it look fast or do it justice |
Thanks for the update looks scary and fast to me .You must have spent a fortune but the car was a good base to work on,
Thanks again Keith |
