M-SOC.com Easter Eggs and Teddy Bears run - Sunday 8th April
 

It is with great pleasure that the club can announce that our popular event to take Easter Eggs, Teddy bears and toys to the Royal Derby hospitals Children's ward is back on the calendar for this year after discussion with the hospitals charity manager.

PLEASE NOTE - THE INITIAL MEETING POINT FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE 12:00 AT THE CLOCKWAREHOUSE, LEAVING AROUND 13:45 TO CONVOY TO THE DERBY ROYAL HOSPITAL. PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AT THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT THE REST OF THE GROUP AS THE HOSPITAL MAY TURN YOU AWAY

Please respect the hospital grounds to ensure that we arrive in an orderly fashion to park up, ensuring that there is still room for the emergency services. No anti lag or revving of engines on the run up to the ward and once parked outside.

There may be the chance for some members to go onto the ward to deliver the Eggs and presents, but this will be at the discretion of the hospital staff on the day.
