Try my chrome extension, it blocks all the ads with some crafty css.

Can you report in the relevant section, preferably with screen grabs so the tech bods know what they are dealing with:

If they are google ads there should be a reporting option on the advert with drop down options to select why it is interfering...using this should help route out any rogue/intrusive adverts. Cheers.

ads making site un-usable

old thread was closed ???

i don't think there is a defect with the ads , just pop ,up on top of pop up, and flashing ads in every post, and down the sides ,and on top, and underneath, and in front, and behind , it's just tooooo much , every time i click on a thread i have to close down at least 2 pop-up ads,

and put up with flashing 'look at me' ads, i know its about revenue but its un-put-up-with-able.

It was 10x worse on mobile safari without an addblock. Every other god dam thread you load there would be that insufferable skybet.com redirect add taking you straight to the app store to download some scummy app. You'd only have to think about looking at a thread to get instantly taken off the site to the app store.

Devs. Theres other ways to make money than from scum add companies like that trying to rip you off or steal your data.

Stop it.

Follow the link in my last post ( https://www.scoobynet.com/bugs-featu...petitions.html ) and report the faults there...with screen grabs. So the powers that be can see what you are seeing.

Cheers.
