2004 wrx 2lt impresa only strats when the car is cold? batery fine alternator fine! coukd it be the fule pump?

You are keeping your foot clear of the throttle when starting? If not, you'll flood it.

CTS - Coolant Temp Sensor for the ECU
Any fault codes stored ? Might narrow it down a bit.

How does it idle when it does start? If it's high then I could be the idle control valve.
