For gearbox and rear diff I’d recommend using Castrol Syntrax 75-90

I have used Prestone Long Life coolant in my last 5 Subarus.

Fastparts in Cwmcarn have Prestone but it is cheaper in COSTCO. I never buy the ready mix but dilute myself and save money.

I take the braided hoses are brake hoses, if so as you will be doing a full bleed. Go with Silicon fluid, none hydroscopic so once in no need to replace also won't strip paint. I have used it for the past 8 years with no issues at all.
