Black Zunsport Grill

Zunsport do a full-span lower grill and a normal lower grill by the looks of things..

How do you fit either of these?

Full span lower grill:

They just clip into place. No drilling/cutting/tiger seal required.
The bottom grill is easist to fit if you remove the top grill first and pull it through.
There are discount codes floating about that will get you 15% off if you direct to zunsport.

Hi mate, thanks for your reply.

So, you can't install it from the front of the car, you have to pull it through from the back of the bumper?

The top grill is held on by two big clips, one at either end, then a series of small ones under the slam panel. Undo these (gently, they can be fragile!) And remove the top grill. You should now be able to get your down in front of the radiator, and pull through the hooks from the zunsport grill. I'm no mechanic and it only took me 10 minutes.

And this is to definitely fit the LOWER Span grill, not the top grill?

Yes. It's the easiest way to make sure that you get the hooks in place.

It's also a good idea to add some masking tape to the lower hole/scoop as the hooks the grills use can be sharp and damage the paint while you're manoeuvring the grill.
