Seat mount part

Hi,
Can I buy this panel separate. The side shown in the pic is OK but the drivers side has been butchered where the seat bolt hole is.

OEM item is listed as discontinued.
Would think fitting inserts with new captive nuts for seat mounts would be relatively simple........
