If CPS thought there was enough evidence than they would have prosecuted so sounds like shes trying it on.

That said, how do we really know what happened and if the police really did fob her off?

but on a personal level from what she says happened i suspect she go so hammered she prob didnt know what she was doing and doesnt want to admit it.

The problem will always be that you can not prove that consent was not given - it will always be one word against another and its innocent until proven guilty.

If she was that hammered she may well have said yes at the time, especially as they say the footage shows she was being flirty.

Without evidence you would have to say innocent in my eyes. Could well be the wrong thing but as you say, it should be innocent untill proven guilty. although now adays accusations seems to be enough to destroy people.

I saw this on the sky news website on friday, she said she woke up to find the rapist still in bed next to her, now I am not a rapist but if I was the last place I would be if I had raped someone would be in bed with them the next day.
