2007 sti key re-code

To recode a second key that has had a flat battery for ages, all I need to do is arm then disarm with the working key then enter into the keypad *17856*91*n# (n = 2 as I have 2 keys) then press each fob once.

Correct or incorrect?

2007 Hawkeye sti

Assuming it's still the M30 alarm then that appears correct. http://www.scoobypedia.co.uk/index.p...RemoteControls
