Ive had my email address and password changed by someone and the email i got from Instagram with a link in it if I hadnt changed it doesnt do anything.

Any advice how to get access back?

Make sure you’re not running a content blocker, try the link again. Change your passwords, contact Instagram. It’s not super hard to prove it’s your account.

Are you sure it was an email from Instagram?

I’m guessing so as I can’t log in now. I noticed I couldn’t log in then found I had an email

What happens when you say you’ve lost your password? If that doesn’t work they have a I’ve been hacked page.
