Mobile CAR/VAN ECU remapping Eco, stages 1 2 3 4, modified, turbo, supercharger

Have you ever wanted your car/van to have better MPG or that extra performance!?

Engine ECU remapping is the answer!

Scoobies from 2005 and onwards are covered, petrol and diesel versions

Up to 60% more BHP and 50% more torque! (vehicle depending)

For example:
Mercedes Vito 109CDI
original figures - 88BHP 220NM torque
stage one remap - 145BHP 330NM torque

Various stages of tune available (vehicle depending):
Economy
Stage 1
Stage 2
Stage 3
Stage 4

DPF Disable
EGR Disable
Speed Limiter Disable
RPM Limiter Increase
Lambda/O2 Disable
Intake Manifold Flap Disable
AdBlue (SCR) Disable
Specific DTC Disable

1800 different vehicles already mapped this year! (2017)

All stages and any of the above extras listed above (vehicle depending) the cost is only £199 if local to Maidstone/Sevenoaks, Kent and if via OBD socket.

All I need to know is your vehicle registration number and can quote BHP/torque gains.

Full diagnostics checks of all electrical systems will be carried out prior to any work carried out and faults will be shown to you and advice given.

All the latest and geniune ECU mapping tools used, not chinese copies!

Addition items (vehicle depending):
Map Switching / Multi map +£60
Exhaust Flap Control +£25
Launch Control +£25
No-Lift Shift +£25
Pops & Bangs +£20
Hard Rev Cut +£15
Start-Stop Deactivation +£10
Tuning On Sport Button +£10
Cylinder On Demand +£10

A large percentage of vehicles can be done via the OBD socket without having to remove anything from the vehicle, but some require the ECU to be removed for the maps to be loaded so can directly pinout the internal circuit boards, this cost will be £250.

All the engine settings on your new ECU software are within the parameters of what your engine, transmission and exhaust system could cope with as long as your car is in full good health ie regularly serviced and timing belts changed.

Fault codes can be read and cleared if required.

Further more, your original ‘factory settings’ software properly labelled and archived in case you should ever require your vehicle’s original ECU software to be restored.

All software installed onto your vehicle's ECU carries a lifetime guarantee.

Economy remaps:
Up to 15% improved fuel economy with Eco Recalibration

If you’d like to save more money and reduce the number of trips to the filling station, then the Eco Recalibration is the perfect solution for your petrol or diesel engined vehicle.

Along with fuel cost savings, you’ll benefit from improved power, torque and drivability and a lower carbon footprint with reduced CO2 emissions.

You’ll enjoy the following benefits with the Eco Recalibration:
Up to 15% improved fuel economy
Increased power
Increased torque
Improved drivability
Reduced CO2 emissions

In less than two hours, sometimes just half an hour, can replace the existing software in your vehicle’s ECU (Electronic Control Unit) with a new version specially created for your vehicle and your particular requirements. The net result is a more economical vehicle that’s both easier and more enjoyable to drive.

Specific aspects of ECU remapping for performance:
Air/fuel ratio (AFR) - it’s important the air and fuel mixture is at its optimum at all times. Too rich (more fuel) or too weak (more air) will make for poor performance and could affect emissions performance that can cause MOT failure.

Turbo boost pressure - if fitted, the turbo boost pressure is altered in a way that improves power delivery and responsiveness but avoids settings that could damage the turbo or its compressor by placing excessive demands on it.

Exhaust gas temperature (EGT) - a top class remap such as ours avoids letting exhaust gas temperatures exceed accepted levels. EGTs inevitably rise when aspects such as turbo boost pressures are increased; our remap keeps them under control.

Injector Duty Cycles (IDC) - we ascertain whether your fuel injectors have any more capacity to supply fuel at a faster rate than standard to the engine. We’d never run the risk of the hardware (in this case the injectors) failing because new ECU software places over-heavy demands on them.

Maximising safe levels of horsepower
Maximising safe levels of torque
Smoothing the torque curve
Increasing acceleration
Sharpening throttle response
Reducing turbo lag
Widening the power band

Wouldn't this go in other cars section.

How do you know cars running correctly afterwards ?

Do you check with wideband on road or on rollers ??

What gains for 2005 wrx & STI ?

Flash mapping or bespoke mapping?
Do you dyno map or road map or is it just a software flash?

What gains from a 2011 Ford Focus 1.6 diesel?

What gains on Audi A4 2.0 tfsi petrol?

From years of writing bespoke files, it will be right.

For piece of mind could be put on a dyno and wide band logged.

For example
2002 WRX 225bhp would make 270bhp as a standard car

2014 2.5 WRX STI 300bhp would make 325bhp with 60nm gain as a standard car, 345bhp with decat and air filter

The software loaded onto your ECU is created especially for your car based on your needs, it’s not an ‘off the shelf’ copy of software for your vehicle type. In short, provide a true ‘bespoke’ service.

If the Focus is the 115bhp model, stage one goes up to 145bhp and 50nm torque gain.

As mentioned below, depends what model, but if is a B8, 211bhp/350nm standard power

260bhp 400nm - stage 1
275bhp 420nm - stage 2
320bhp 430nm - stage 3

Cool
Can the ECU be sent to you or would you need the car?
Price and turnaround time?

Would be fine just the ECU. For example, if posted on a Monday for next day, you would have it back Wednesday/Thursday

Hello I have a 2005 wrx but I'm fitting a vf35
Tgv deletes pink injectors decat up pipe h&s
And decat down pipe and a threeport boost solinoid if I sent you my ecu could you map it for
Those mods?
Regards Sean
P.s what would be the cost?

Do you have a website and business name? You'll appreciate that customers would want to see independent reviews and feedback before committing to mapping that potentially can have expensive consequences. If your Base maps have several years of development that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks

bustaMOVEs 23 January 2018 04:18 PM

My guess is scorty has coped n pasted it all for someone else.
a written map from years of experience still needs fine tuning as not evey same car is the same, some make more and some less
