Any blob Impreza STIs for sale

I have decided it is time to scratch the Impreza itch. I am looking for a blob eye STI, preferred options are a widetrack in blue with below 80k miles and PPP. I will consider other colours and years dependant on condition. Cash waiting for the right car.

I have been keeping an eye on autotrader, Pistonheads etc but thought I should ask here too.

There's a wanted section bud.

mike74 21 May 2017 04:58 PM

You'll certain be paying peak bubble price for that spec.

Sorry fella, I haven't been on here much so wasn't sure. If one of the mods wants to move it that's no problem.

Yeah I appreciate that but it is the ideal spec I want, the PPP is negotiable though for a good car.

ZANY 22 May 2017 02:29 PM

I have a 55 plate blue 2.0 blob widetrack STI with 45100 miles, full service history, standard, PPP with prodrive springs, in last 2000 miles had timing belt kit, water pump, engine oil, oil filter, air filter, gearbox oil, diff oil, 4 new Michelin pilot sport, new battery, new radiator as original was looking tired, fresh coolant. Car is a real stunner, paintwork is lovely just stone chipped front bumper and standard wheels refurbed from silver to black.

Sorry but it's not for me. I am looking for something a bit less modified.

Also ideally looking for a UK car and not JDM.

PaulM964 23 May 2017 09:52 AM

Nice looking one on eBay in Norwich for £9500. Don't know it but seen it about. Looks mint! You can have my black one for £8000 but it's black

I'd consider black depending on condition, mileage etc. Send me some details sure.

PaulM964 23 May 2017 10:26 AM

View my thread (back once again) in gallery for pics and info of mine. It's a black PPP 04 done 80k with history.

So few unmodified blue widetrack cars with PPP for sale :-(

PaulM964 23 May 2017 11:43 AM

It's quite specific wants but I doubt you would have to wait too long as it was the most common colour. I guess hardest bit is mileage on a car of that age. Best of luck on your search though. Be patient, Its always worth the wait for the car you want

£12k

Subaru WRX STi Type UK Widetrack DCCD with PPP 2005 model
305 BHP Model with Prodrive Certificate.
4 months MOT.
Cheap tax bracket.
Only 4 owners from new.
Full service history with a folder full of receipts and history
Low mileage at 57600
This car is in outstanding condition inside and out.
Totally enthusiast owned with no expense spared by myself who has brought the car back to its very best. The previous owner owned the car for 7 years very rare indeed. I travelled over 520 mile round trip to find the right one at a very well known garage Revitupuk in Cheshire which I have used a number of times so know there cars are always in outstanding condition.

April 2016
Full major service all fluids including new plugs and filters, gear box oil, brake fluids, coolant etc... carried out in at Engine Tuner Alan Jefferies of Plymouth.
DCCD service and oils.
April 2016 Cambelt service carried out with a new Roger Clarke kit fitted at Engine Tuner Alan Jefferies of Plymouth Subaru specialist.
June 2016 4x brand new Toyo tyres fitted only covered 1000 miles.
June 2016 Full 4 wheel alignment carried out.
July 2016 Brand new drilled and grooved front and rear up rated discs and EBC pads fitted.
New interior STi mat set in blue & black
June 2016 Brand new Nur Spec R exhaust fitted and original Prodrive system also available if you need something a little quieter.
July 2016 Brand new Rallyflapz mud flap kit professionally fitted £80.00
Headlights re polished to crystal clear, look like new.
November 2016 New Battery
March 2017 brand new XXR 527 18"wheels with Yokohama tyres fitted.
May 2017 Full oil and filter service with remap carried out to 335bhp.
Original gold 17" STi wheels which are in ok condition but would benefit from a refurb if I am being picky.
A near perfect example and the one to own in the best colour combination and only used on my days off so the mileage stays very low. Washed every week and a very well cared for Subaru STi Widetrack.

What an example :luvlove: a credit to you pal wish this was up when I was looking would have snapped it up in a breath :thumb:

Some nice enough examples here but it's crazy that they would have been lucky to get £9k for them 4-5 years ago... just shows what a govt/BoE monetary policy of creating a nation of debt junkies can do for really quite ordinary cars when compared to what are usually considered to be classics or exotics.
