I'd be more worried about the customers cars
Why the person taking the photo didn't go over and save as many cars as possible for a building to self ignite at 5am something isn't right here

Indeed, he seems very highly regarded and much liked by the Skyline community too. Nasty thing to happen.

Got to feel for everyone losing their cars, and the mechanics losing all of their kit.

That's assuming the person taking the photos was linked to the company. Though even then you'd have to be mental to go running into a burning building for the sake of a few cars.

Maybe he was the perpetrator

Liam554 20 May 2017 02:38 PM

The picture was taken by the owner. And that yellow digger is being used by the fire brigade. So your theory is the owner torched his own business then waited for all the emergency services to show up.

Maybe wait for them to do the investigation first eh?

RAGGY DOO 20 May 2017 04:10 PM

4 cars outside the door but let's take pictures I wouldnt be happy if it were my car would you

Could well be, many years ago a house down the road from us was set alight and the police did ask if anyone had seen someone hanging around before/during as arsonists tend to like to watch their work.

None the less my point still stands.

Kilrathal 20 May 2017 08:34 PM

While a lot of people seems to be jumping to conclusions about why the owner did and didn't do things. It could be as simple as an electrical fault on one of the cars that went unnoticed. Or a ton of other reasons.

also to answer why he didn't move the cars outside. Maybe all the keys were locked in a cupboard in their office like a large majority of garages.

i knowi wouldn't want to run in to that inferno for some keys.

RAGGY DOO 20 May 2017 08:37 PM

Break the windows and push the cars to safety I'd rather a broken window than the alternative seems crazy how buildings self combust in the early hours

spindle121 20 May 2017 08:47 PM

+1
I know how it feels to have your pride and joy torched a pretty sickly stomach moment hope everyone recoupe there losses and there was no harm or loss to life

dpb 21 May 2017 09:47 AM

I'm guessing the fire brigade people told him he couldn't go back into the building !!

RAGGY DOO 21 May 2017 10:10 AM

What bout the owner of the escort who found out on Facebook his car was gone no phone call nothing

dpb 21 May 2017 10:36 AM

Why he'd put the photo on social media is another mattter

RAGGY DOO 21 May 2017 10:37 AM

It will all come out in the wash

bustaMOVEs 22 May 2017 02:40 PM

I wouldn't be rescuing any cars with the potential of gas cylinders going up and all the other flammable stuff associated with garages.
Tough sh1t I'll let my insurance sort it, I'm not risking my life for anyone so customers will have to get over that, after the payout the customers will get a better car out of it no doubt as they always do.

P.s did anyone see the fb post where somebody was begging for a steering wheel from the wreckage lol, they got absolutely slammed for it.

So they have to run into a burning building to get the keys to move them? and then fight the fire service to let them near the building?

come on.
