Wire brush. Sanding. Keyed up and fresh lick of paint worked wonders. Ill strap it on friday

TECHNOPUG 10 May 2017 07:23 PM

Are you going to sort all the bent and crushed fins? Probably more important than a lick of paint.

Top Tip

A standard lollipop stick is the same size as the gap between the fins.
Push the lollipop from the under side of the IC and pull out from the top.
:D

I spent ages straightening out my fins on my STI intercooler. Worth doing though, then a light respray.
