P1 For Sale

First Registered September 2000 (0915 Build Number). One owner from new, proof of me buying it new but more than one owner in V5 as I've registered it in various business names over the years. Good condition throughout for the year, its not mint but its tidy and original. Now heres the good bit - only 27000 miles from new as quite honestly I bought it but never really used it due to having other vehicles available and also work commitments. The mileage is proven by full MOT history, and simply by driving it. It drives like a brand new car. It needs a good valet and a bit of TLC, and there is also a couple of very minor dents, but for someone who is seeking a very low mileage P1, then this is for you. Dayton Media System and early Cd based sat-nav. All original as ex-Prodrive, no mods, accessories or anything which deviates car from as built spec. Factory tracker still enabled with Trackstar. Photographs to follow. Somewhere in West Sussex. Any inspection welcome AA/RAC etc. All inspections shall stack up. No time wasters, tyre kickers, dreamers or joy riders. Serious enquiries only. Please message me for further details. Sold with new 12 months MOT as Im just about to get it re-tested. Open to sensible offers in excess of £20,000.00

Well, clearly its not for you then. Suggest that you check out low mileage prices. Vehicle is unique.

Tidgy 18 April 2017 04:10 PM

you mean the ones that have been for sale for ages cos no one is buying them? hahahaha

Matty81 18 April 2017 04:32 PM

Put some pics up mate

+Doc+ 19 April 2017 01:10 PM

Worth 20k all day with that mileage, 50k in ten years guaranteed.

Going the same way as Escos, Lancia's and of course 22b.

ossett2k2 19 April 2017 01:34 PM

GLWTS
I would post a better ad and include pics, very rare with low mileage, prices seem still to be on the rise, people laughed at a 25k£ 22b 10 years ago and now they sell for around 100k£

johned 19 April 2017 02:45 PM

Pictures needed.

Worlasshasansti 20 April 2017 09:33 PM

50k in ten years time "guaranteed" is a bold statement.

So how many owners does the v5 say?

Interesting to see pictures etc sounds a rare find......why do people need to message for info why not just put it in the advert???

bighead 20 April 2017 10:50 PM

it not that rare low mileage cars as mine is only on 51k, done about 1k in the last 2 yrs, most are now 2nd/3rd cars in the household :D, long may the value rise !!

good luck with the sale !

scooby k 21 April 2017 02:43 PM

Dreamer.

Braedyn 22 April 2017 01:36 PM

You can't compare a 22B to a P1 they are worlds apart would rather have a type r import than a P1 any day of the week.

elgassi 23 April 2017 12:43 AM

:notworthy
The problem with the 22B is; they've become an Icon, a one off and they're too expensive for most buyers today
The P1 is still affordable and is possibly the next best thing :luxhello:
The P1 commands higher prices than other Subaru classics ATM, so Braedyn as an investment get a P1 not a Type r
as an everyday car get a type r, cos they're cheap cheerful lol :norty:

Braedyn 23 April 2017 11:25 AM

Type R cheap and cheerful don't no where you have been looking my friend but they are not cheap. No what your saying before talking

albob 23 April 2017 09:58 PM

or even KNOW what YOU'RE saying.... ;)

MattyB1983 23 April 2017 10:08 PM

In all seriousness, with a really good advert and pictures a 27000 mile one owner P1 will make £20000 all day long if advertised in the right places. Is it worth it, no in my opinion but my opinion means feck all.

scooby k 23 April 2017 10:12 PM

When is the OP going to put pics up.

The highest price I've seen a P1 sell for was at ACA auction last year it ended up costing - £19530, 44k miles, 3 owners
It was estimated at 11 - 13k

Are they worth 20k :wonder:

Was Prince Naseems, twice bumped 22b worth 73k :brickwall:brickwall

Depends what you want, Type R for go, P1 for show. After all P1 is a watered down type r with a paint job

Wull 24 April 2017 09:31 AM

Worth what someone is willing to pay for it. How can we accurately value something? Fact is we can only go on what they sell for.

I personally wouldn't pay that much for a P1 and like above I'd rather spend 7-12k on a well spec'd type r that's in good condition.

A friend of mine was trying to get 15k for his and I think the bidding reached 13k or so and that's a very clean one.
