Testing mobile phone
 

How can you prove to shop ( apple this case ) your phone wont pick up network properly , when shop is locked away somewhere you cant get network anyway - ie middle of mall

Your word should be enough proof!
You would gain nothing by lying just a load of hassle :mad:

use 2nd mobile phone or Tablet to record a short video as an example of the issues you are having.

Guess I'll try this, it's not quite easy to do on your own though

We have mobile devices at work - Samsung Galaxy. Never work properly since i was given them. Constantly breaking, or "an unexpected error has occurred".

I am up to number 14. When i took this one back, they said that the ongoing errors can not be rectified -its either a software or hardware problem, but we can not be certain.

I have since given up using it

Really frustrating , how do you even know if its you, its the network or its the phone :mad:
