Testing mobile phone
 
How can you prove to shop ( apple this case ) your phone wont pick up network properly , when shop is locked away somewhere you cant get network anyway - ie middle of mall

use 2nd mobile phone or Tablet to record a short video as an example of the issues you are having.

We have mobile devices at work - Samsung Galaxy. Never work properly since i was given them. Constantly breaking, or "an unexpected error has occurred".

I am up to number 14. When i took this one back, they said that the ongoing errors can not be rectified -its either a software or hardware problem, but we can not be certain.

I have since given up using it
