Front drivers wheel shaking bad above 40mph

Hi,

So I'm having an issue with the scooby today where after driving for around 20mins, I started to get feel a really bad shaking coming from the drivers front wheel when travelling above 40mph, can't feel anything when ~30-35 and below but once you go 40+ it gets worse and worse.

After stopping and checking the wheel I noticed the caliper, disk and the alloy itself(around the center) where red hot to the touch whereas the other side was still cool to the touch, under the bonnet on that side was also hot whereas the other side not where the strut/suspension would be.

Can't take it anywhere until monday now since everywhere is shut and with it occuring at 5:30pm I had no chance tonight either.

Came on here to ask for advice on what it could actually be causing it, as my only thought is the caliper is seizing on that side but I'm no mechanic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

A seized caliper is exactly what that will be.
