suspension upgrade info please

Hi,
I have a MY93 WRX import and am looking to upgrade my suspension.
I dont have a big budget:cry: (roughly £400) but would like some direction please.

My advice is to keep on Saving mate:),so you can buy something decent,£400 would be hard pushed to get a quality set up.SJ.
