Intercoms
 

Guys i need to start looking at Intercoms, my dads not well so part of this year is converting his house with an extension for a granny flat, then me the wife and the little one will be moving in with him to give him some TLC..

As the flat will be at the back of his house, i will live in the main house, have any of you bought any intercoms or used any. Id like easy to install ones

i did think about a dect phone as an option
i also though about 2 way radios

the 2 options above kinda help if hes in bed or moving around, any fixed unit could be an issue.
