For some uknown reason my ECU has given up. Vehicle: 2005 Hawkeye Sti Spec C Type RA. I just wondered what ECU's are maybe interchangable etc??

Car was mapped. Can i use any sti hawkeye ecu as my old map can be loaded on to it? Whats my options?

You 100% sure it's the ECU that's broke and not something else?

you couldn't just use any sti hawkeye ecu - UK ones will be drive by wire so they won't run your car.

A UK ecu will also want to see something from the immobiliser which you don't have so the map would need to have the immobiliser removed as well to run the car.

As above though, are you 100% sure the ecu is stuffed?
