Opposedforces.com and IE11 for Win10

Does anyone know why http//:Opposedforces.com doesn't open in IE11 ???

Fine in Edge, Chrome and Firefox

Have looked at all the "usual" fixes.

It works for me in IE11 V11.0.9600.18537.
