Idle issues

After recently having a map tweak due to having the latest update put on my ecu now the car isn't idling correctly Irl pull up to a junction and it revs between 600rpm to 1200rpm sometimes even as if it's going to stall but then suddenly finds itself and idles fine I've contacted the mapper but had no reply now I've checked for a air leak and changed the maf it's made no difference what so ever and it's starting to grate on me now as I'm losing love for the car and hate driving it now as its revving it's tits off

Any help would be great

Cheers

If it's only started since the remap then the mapper should sort it tbh.
The lambda controls idle so could point to that or just a poor map?

What year car? Are you able to do some datalogging?

It's a 2005 blob wrx well to me the map is ok still pulls like a train and hits boost fine that's why I'm abit confused

The map isn't just about boost and on load driving tho,the idle and cruise should be done as a complete remap.
Did the mapper just flash a rom on there or did they spend a few hours on it?
Road map or dyno?

Honestly couldn't tell you as I dropped it up there at the weekend and picked it up the following weekend all I know is it went on the dyno

You're best bet is to ring the mapper then.
