Help needed with knock issue

Decided to get another subaru after selling my classic a year ago.
I brough a fully forged 2.5 anyway i have a slight issue, all has been well
But i have recently noticed that the Phormula KS3 Knock sensor guage
Has been reading a little to high, i think twice it had hit 93 but mostly when
Im pushing it, obviously i dont want to do any damage so what would be my
Best be to get it to a mapper and let them have a look and see if it needs some
Tweaking or if it is something worse, somebody sugested to put some octane boost in there and see how that gets on, to be fair i dont have much exsperience with it so any advise wpuld be great, also were is the best mapper bear milton keynes, most of the work was carried out by roger clark so thinking they would prob be my best bet unless and other good mappers closer to kilton keynes the car is running simtek

Try Zen motorsport in Earith (just slightly North west of Cambridge) I've not used them (yet) but they are highly regarded and did a superb job building a forged 2.5 in a colleague's GB270.

yes stick a bottle of NF in there first and see if it quietens down - could be your local brew isn't what the car is used to (or perhaps they've changed their mixture a bit) in which case the map will need tweaked. If the NF doesn't quieten things down then your probably due a drip to the garage to have it checked out.
