Did you get the applied model code from the vin plate?

richardr33 13 September 2016 09:51 PM

This what he give over text, I've not been to see the car yet

He's just given me the engine number, it's ej207dw3cr, he says it's a sti but it's says Subaru Impreza wrx on the hpi as it was registered like this when imported in Nov 2015

Ask for the vin plate info, applied model code will tell you what model it is.

From the info I have found the engine code matches a bugeye sti.

Thanks for the info, is it a forged engine?

Version 7 sti does have forged pistons.
Have a good look around the forum and do plenty of research would be my advice.

Bug sti are a great car imo :thumb:
